Service Dog Training in Arizona

We are proud to offer high quality service dog training in Arizona that provides reliable canines to wonderfully special adults and children with many unique abilities throughout the nation. Working out of our state-of-the-art facility, we provide service dog training in Arizona to puppies as young as 3 weeks of age. We also regularly visit animal shelters across the state to adopt dogs that naturally demonstrate the demeanor to become outstanding lifelong people helpers. We welcome you to contact us to discuss how our service dog training in Arizona can benefit you, or with any questions you might have.

Service Dogs for Autism

Our service dogs for autism are exceptionally well trained. They have gentle, calm, affectionate and supportive demeanors. We have trained service dogs for autism for people ranging from only a few years of age, all the way up to folks in their 50’s and 60’s who did not have the benefit of early diagnoses to help them understand the difficulties they have faced throughout their lives. Service dogs for autism help children and adults feel comfortable enough to sleep at night, foster compassion and communication, and successfully navigate major life-changing events. Autism service dogs also are able to help children and adults with:

  • Safety issues at home and in public
  • Interrupting high stress situations leading to ‘meltdowns’
  • Interrupting self-injurious behaviors

If you would like to learn more about our autism service dogs, please click here. We also welcome you to contact us to discuss how our service dogs for autism can help enrich the quality-of-life for you or your loved one.

Service Dogs for PTSD

Like our autism canines, our service dogs for PTSD are exceptionally well trained to exhibit gentle, calm, affectionate and supportive demeanors. We train service dogs for PTSD for people of all ages and backgrounds. This includes military veterans, sexual and physical assault survivors, accident victims, and more. Our service dogs for PTSD survivors can naturally elicit lower blood pressure, adjust serotonin levels, and help their humans cope with depression. Beyond providing reliable emotional support during high stress situations and anxiety or panic attacks, our service dogs for PTSD can help children and adults by:

  • Retrieving medication bottles, food and fluids
  • Pre-securing rooms, including turning on and off lights
  • Alerting friends or family members to non-responsive behaviors

Service Dogs for The Hearing Impaired

Our service dogs for the hearing impaired help deaf or hard of hearing people live independently by navigating their private and public life situations safely and attentively. Our service dogs for the hearing impaired take part in a two-step training process, first engaging in proper socialization protocol before undergoing extensive formal audio training. Our service dogs for the hearing impaired also help provide comfort and emotional support to deaf and hard of hearing people. This support can help stave off feelings of isolation, depression, stress and anxiety. Our service dogs for the hearing impaired also help adult and children by:

  • Alerting their human handlers to everyday household sounds
  • Alerting their human handlers to emergency sounds and situations
  • Making physical contact to lead their humans to the source of the sound

Please contact us to discuss how our service dogs for the hearing impaired can help you or your loved one live a strong, independent life.

Service Dogs for Blind People

Just like our hearing impaired service canines, our service dogs for blind people help their human handlers safely and reliably navigate public and private situations in order to live independent, empowered lives. Our service dogs for blind people are selectively bred, socialized and raised to be immediately responsive to the commands of their handlers. They are also trained to be exceptionally emotionally supportive, which helps increase confidence and decrease anxiety or depression. We routinely train our service dogs for blind people to handle 50+ commands. Our service dogs help blind adults and children to:

  • Navigate obstacles like curbs, steps, walls and doors
  • Safely negotiate traffic signals, sidewalks and parking lots
  • Locate dropped or lost items including keys and phones

Please contact us to discuss how our service dogs for blind people can help empower you or your loved one to live an independent life.

This can include people confined to a wheelchair with partial or no use of their extremities, as well as people who have trouble standing, walking or any other physically limiting factor. Our mobility service dogs are also trained to be affectionate, supportive and protective of their adult or child human handlers. They are also expertly trained to execute commands based on the situational needs and abilities of their human handlers. Although each person has specific needs, in general, our mobility service dogs help adults and children with:

  • Retrieving objects from shelves or the ground and paying for items
  • Turning on or off lights and opening or closing doors
  • Balance assistance and even pulling a wheelchair in an emergency

We do not like the use the word ‘disability’ around here, but we definitely love it when people tell us our mobility service dogs make their disability appear to be invisible! Animal Assisted Therapy Dogs

The ever-increasing body of scientific research indicates that regular interaction with gentle, caring, supportive and affectionate animal assisted therapy dogs promotes extremely positive mental, emotional and physical benefits for people of all ages and life situations. Some of these benefits include reducing stress levels, managing depression, and fostering an overall holistic sense of wellbeing. This is why we are so grateful and proud to partner with schools, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, behavioral health care clinics all across Arizona and the United States where adults and children can benefit from therapy dog interactions that help them:

  • Participate in physical, occupational or speech therapy
  • Improve immediate mood and overall mindset
  • Increase mobility and movement through leisurely play

Our animal assisted therapy dogs also help adults and children improve their interactions with family, friends and medical staff, manage their discomfort or pain, and even ease psychological struggle when eating or taking medication. We welcome you to contact us to discuss how our animal assisted therapy dogs can help enrich your or your loved one’s life…. as well as to discuss setting up an animal assisted therapy program.
